1. How can I get samples?
To see is to believe, we are willing to send our customers real samples for study and evaluation.From the 1st of July 2004,we ave stopped sending free charged samples concerning the EXCEEDING cost of samples. We will be responsible for the quality samples and qualified customers. The samples will be sent out only when we received clients payment by T/T or Western Union.

As to the samples prices and their Express freight,please contact us or calculate by yourself.Samples usually send out by Express like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT at your option.  
 
2. How to handle the samples?
Let us know which items No. and the quantity you wanted; send us your detailed delivery contacts for freight estimate; we will combine all the info into one P/I (Performa Invoice) including the payment details for your payment reference; after your payment confirmation, we will send out the samples via Express like UPS/DHL/TNT/EMS/FedEx at your convenience; Usually 3~5 days expected for samples arrival to you. 

3. How to make Western Union Payment?
Via Western Union payment, both parties will enjoy a faster and money saving payment on mutual understanding. The money can reach us immediately but T/T payment usually 3~5 days. Most of our clients pay us in this way otherwise the Western Union is not available in their country. We can send you the T/T bank route if you needed.

You can pay to our G. manager Chinese Name: Fei Liu, which is valid in Western Union.

After your remittance, pls let us know the Control No. and Remitter Name in order to check it.

4. How to place an order?
Generally, you can send us your Purchase Order by Email or Fax, after receipt of your inquiry we will send you the Proforma Invoice (P/I) for your reference. The following info required before we send you the P/I: The required series and items No. and your watned quantity; your detailed company info and contacts for a faster and safe delivery;meathod of shipment you need and the nearest port... 

5. Can we get our own Logo printed on the products?
We can offer customers LOGO service.LOGO can be silk-imprinting or embrodiery.You can send us the LOGO by email in JPEG or TIFF format.We will quote according to the Size,Color,Quantity details. 

6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, usually by courier like UPS,DHL,FedEX,EMS; for orders weight from 20 to 200 kgs,usually by Airfreight; for big quantity or large volume, usually by Seafreight. We will arrange the favorite way for delivery under clients' instruction.  

7. How long for the warranty period?
It depends on different products.Usually 1 limited year.Some product half a year.We can replace unqualified products/defective products with new good ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified products. 
 
8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
T/T in advance or L/C payment; Samples usually Via Western Union Network.
